How long will it take to get my parcel?
We dispatch your order within 2 business days of payment. The estimated time to receive your order after it has been dispatched is 2-3 business days to receive. We do not ship on weekends. All orders received during the weekend will be dispatched within 2 business days. Please note that previously mentioned are estimated timeframes, this can take quicker or longer depending on the delivery services demands at the time of your order.
Please refer to the estimated delivery timeframes after your order has been dispatched for the following international zones- New Zealand 4-6 working days | North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific 6-13 working days| and Rest of the world 10-15 working days. Please note that previously mentioned are estimated timeframes, this can take quicker or longer depending on the delivery services demands at the time of your order..
Effects of COVID-19 on the way we operate:
Covid-19 has slowed our production by a few days than usual, we still aim to get all pre-made items out within 2 business days. Australia Post and our express courier services have been experiencing delays in delivering your amazing orders. We do apologies for the inconvenience. Once you receive a tracking number wait at least 24-48 hours for it to be updated.

What metals is your jewellery made out of and how do I care for my pieces?
Unless stated otherwise our jeweller is made from our stainless steel, gold plated stainless steel or Rose gold plated stainless steel depending on the colour of the metal you choose. Stainless Steel and gold/Rose Gold plating means your jewellery will not tarnish easily in PLAIN water. To keep your jewellery shiny & clean, simply polish with a soft, clean jewellery cloth. We recommend avoiding liquid jewellery cleaners & anti-bacterial soaps. It’s always best to store your jewellery in the velvet box provided, in a cool, dry place.
For OPTIMUM preservation of your jewellery, we also recommend avoiding direct contact with:
○ Water and other liquids
○ Perspiration – make sure you remove your jewellery before working out and sleeping
○ Cosmetics including make-up, cream, lotion, oil, powder and perfume etc.
What are the care tips for TOMA/ WAISTBEADS?
TOMAS/WAISTBEADS- Can be worn in the shower and swimming. A guide to how to tie them to your body and wear them in are sent with order, if you don't receive one in your package it will be emailed to you.
Please refer to sizing guide before purchasing. With us being a small company we cannot facilitate returns as there is no guarantee this product will be produced in the same fabric and size after it sells out. Returns/Refunds can only take place in an event of an item being faulty, please note all items are quality checked before they are sent out so it's unlikely they will be faulty. Jewellery items sales are final due to hygiene reasons (unless faulty).
Do you do custom orders?
Yes we do some but as I am only one sewer/seamstress I take new orders as slots become available. A Custom request form will be live and fillable on the CONTACT page when custom order slots are open. All custom orders must provide their own fabric.

Do you provide International delivery?
Yes we do! International shipping costs applies based on the county zone you live in. Here are the following charges.
How do I track my order?
All parcels Australia wide are posted via Sendle. Once you have received a tracking number via email track parcel here: https://try.sendle.com/en-au/tracking
International orders are sent either through Sendle or Australia Post depending on the delivery address zone. You will be advised which company it has been sent through in your email notification that your order has been shipped. If your order has been shipped using Sendle please use your tracking number here to track https://try.sendle.com/en-au/tracking . If it has been sent via Australia post please using your tracking number here: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search
How can I contact your couriers?
If you cannot track your parcel after 48 hours of receiving you dispatch/fulfilment confirmation email please contact us via email- firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into it for you.
What are your delivery options?
All items will be 'Authority To Leave'- ATL unless you state otherwise in the notes of your order that you want signature at arrival which delivery will be attempted if no one is home to sign it will be taken to the closest post office/collection office for you to pick up in your own time.
